How I work now

My work is deep and relational. I'm guided by attunement and intuition. My approach is rooted in harmonizing and supporting the body, mind, and soul to find coherence. This allows change to unfold naturally. No forcing, fixing, or rushing.

This work is subtle and system‑wide. It respects the intelligence of the biofield, body, and nervous system. It reduces static and noise in your signal, allowing your divine soul frequency to emerge.

People often come to this work after trying many other approaches, not because they failed, but because they’ve reached a level of readiness that requires something deeper and more nuanced.

Who this work is for

This work is best suited for people who already have a relationship with their inner world. It's for people who are perceptive, self-aware, and no longer satisfied with surface-level approaches.

It tends to resonate with those who are sensing a shift toward deeper integration where listening replaces fixing, and continuity matters more than intensity.

This work supports people who are willing to do the work real change requires. And who are ready to trust their own inner authority as part of the process.

It is not designed for quick fixes or outsourcing responsibility. Sovereignty, discernment, and participation are part of the work.

This work is meant to unfold over time. It’s not designed for one-off sessions, but for people who feel called to a deeper, ongoing relationship with their own process.

Most people who resonate with this work have already done significant inner work and are sensing a next phase of refinement, integration, and alignment with who they’re becoming. This work supports you with continuity, attunement, and deep listening rather than urgency or attachment to outcomes.

If this feels like the kind of container you’re seeking, you’re welcome to explore working together more deeply.

The path of awakening

My journey has been roundabout and baffling at times. It has been shaped by decades of seeking both to heal and to awaken spiritually. It's been many years of trial and error, numerous dark nights of the soul, and surrendering to the slow, deep work of deconditioning and integration.

What I offer is the culmination of my unwavering commitment to my own healing journey since the age of 18. A journey that thankfully led me to the tools to rewire my subconscious mind, recalibrate my nervous system, and reconnect with my soul. A path that meant being willing to stay with what is real, even when it is uncomfortable, unclear, or inconvenient.

From an early age, I perceived more than I could explain. I felt the undercurrents in people, the unspoken dynamics in rooms, the places where energy moved freely — and where it didn’t. For many years, I didn’t have language for this sensitivity. I only knew that forcing myself into conventional rhythms, expectations, and identities came at a cost.

In my early 30's, I discovered Yoga. It was pivotal in finding embodiment through breath, movement, deep sensing, and chanting. Yoga was an essential first step to developing a keen sense of awareness and safety in my body.

My path has included years of personal healing, deconditioning, and re‑patterning. I’ve navigated trauma, chronic stress, burnout, and the long integration cycles that come from being highly sensitive in a world that rewards speed and achievement.

My second Saturn Return marked a profound threshold. It was a period that stripped away all that no longer fit. It clarified what could no longer be compromised. It felt brutal at times. But it was necessary and soul-led. It refined my work in ways no training ever could.

I emerged on the other side with an even deeper commitment to integrity, transformation, and self-actualization.
