My work is shaped by decades of embodied practice, deep sensitivity, and lived experience. I work intuitively and compassionately. I trust the body's innate intelligence and the natural rhythms of awareness, expansion and integration. This is work for people who are ready to listen deeply to the wisdom of their body and soul and allow real change to unfold from the inside out.
